We Got Milk...

Out of Place won the 'Got Milk?' Battle of the Bands for the Sacramento area on Sunday, July 11th at the Downtown Plaza (Pictures coming shortly). Thanks to everyone who came out to support us and cast their votes. We are now entered into the nationals and Got Milk? will announce the Grand Prize winner in a few months. We'll keep you posted.

"Out of Place" was formed in the fall of 2000, in Elk Grove, CA. Out Of Place is an acoustic rock trio with influences ranging from the Smashing Pumpkins to Counting Crows. Out of Place is made up of two brothers, Adam Thompson (guitar and vocals), Lucas Thompson (drums), and Steve Saxby (bass). Out Of Place is currently recording their first full length album which should be released soon, and Adam Thompson just recorded his first solo cd, "Dead Skin Collection" which should be coming out also this summer.
